Anal Abuse Enema Clinic Yuzu Shinkawa

Patient Yuzu visits the clinic after experiencing no urge to defecate for an entire week. The nurse assigned to her examination shows intense interest in Yuzu's body, carefully palpating her nipples, genitalia, and anus. First, a 200cc syringe enema delivers lukewarm water into her rectum. To monitor her bowel movement, the nurse prepares a portable commode. From Yuzu's anus, cloudy water and several small fecal lumps are expelled. Next, the clinic director inserts a finger anally to assess the rectal condition. Then, anal dilators are used to relax the sphincter muscles. To check for remaining feces inside the rectum, a 20cm-long rectal speculum is inserted. Since the irrigation fluid remains relatively clean, the staff suspect impacted feces deeper inside. Yuzu is made to wear an adult diaper with the solution retained inside her bowels. As a final measure, she is placed on a gynecological exam table for repeated high-pressure warm-water enemas to soften the hardened mass. As the enemas continue, the expelled fluid gradually turns brown and murky, until the impacted feces suddenly gush out of her anus with tremendous force.
