The protagonist is a prison guard who, since childhood, witnessed her father's violent abuse and sexual assault against her younger sister, leaving her with deep psychological trauma. With a volatile temperament, she passed the correctional officer exam at age 26 and was assigned to Onna Prison. Initially, during her rookie years, she genuinely hoped for the rehabilitation of the young female inmates. However, as her rank rose, her trauma began to take hold, shifting her feelings toward treating the vulnerable girls as her sexual slaves. Surveillance cameras capture the daily suffering of the young girls—forced to endure enemas as punishment, compelled to perform sexual acts, and made to suppress their bodily functions—sobbing uncontrollably. The film depicts the horrifying, degrading scenes within the prison walls.
