Retsuka, a member of the Secret National Defense Agency, pushes herself beyond limits despite poor health, using her body as bait to locate the hideout of the evil ninja clan Ryuga. Her actions are discovered by Ryuga, forcing her into battle against the clan leader Ryuga and his subordinate Gora. Due to her deteriorating condition, she lacks the strength to fight and is defeated and captured. Subjected to intense torture, she endures whippings to her chest and groin, along with excruciating urinary retention. Further tormented by skewers coated in poison stabbing her fingertips and breasts, she barely escapes restraints—only to have a skewer driven into her groin by Ryuga, causing her to involuntarily urinate and ultimately leading to her complete defeat.
