In the spring of 2022, Ichika Saeki, director of the Livestock Human Dispatch Center, launched a new initiative under the guidance of Naomi Asano and Nanami Nanaumi. This move came in response to a severe shortage of livestock humans, with over half of all dispatch requests being canceled. In recent years, many applicants prioritized their own desires over duty, making it difficult to replenish the workforce. Additionally, existing livestock humans were aging, with no successors in sight. To address this crisis, Director Saeki proposed establishing the "Livestock Human Candidate Club," aimed at pre-interview education. Through monthly video lessons, candidates would learn the proper attitudes and principles of livestock humans, with their comprehension rigorously evaluated to cultivate suitable candidates. After completing the training, participants would undergo actual interviews to determine their readiness for deployment as livestock humans. This documentary captures the first chapter of that process, closely following the candidates' development and building anticipation over who will ultimately pass and become a certified livestock human. With Yuka Koudai joining as an instructor, the training of a new generation of livestock humans begins in earnest.
