At the end of summer, as the cicadas' chirping begins to fade, married woman Keiko (Shiraki Yuko) visits psychotherapist Shigeta together with her friend Junko. Unfulfilled by sex with her husband and seeking new stimulation, Keiko listens as Shigeta speaks about brain orgasms. Without touching her body, Shigeta demonstrates a special form of stimulation that excites the five senses, pushing Keiko into an intense climax. Overcome by both embarrassment and pleasure, Keiko blushes deeply and leaves, but unable to forget the experience, she returns to Shigeta the next day. This new sensation continues to draw her in.
