OB visit refers to one method students use to gather information when seeking employment, involving visits to former graduates (OBs) from their university. This activity is primarily conducted as part of internship programs or job-hunting preparation. However, in recent years, there has been a growing number of cases where female job seekers, while visiting OBs under false pretenses, are subjected to sexual remarks, physical touching, or pressured into sexual acts. These incidents are often concealed, with victims reluctant to report them to others, meaning only a small fraction of actual cases become public. As a result, the severity of these issues and the urgent need for countermeasures have drawn renewed attention.
