Ichika is a high school girl raised in a complicated household, who has long endured ongoing sexual abuse at the hands of her mother's new husband. Over time, she has lost all trust in adults. One night, her homeroom teacher, Oshima, finds her standing alone in a park, overwhelmed and crying, confessing she doesn't want to go home. Not knowing—or perhaps ignoring—the full extent of her past, he invites her to stay at his place. Though Ichika deeply believes she hates all adults, her feelings begin to shift little by little. Eventually, the two cross a line they should never have crossed. This story explores the inner conflict between her innocent heart and the adult world, and how the power of love transforms her.
