A well-located apartment building, only five years old and a seven-minute walk from the station, offering convenient city living with fully furnished units equipped with appliances. The male employee working for the management company holds a strictly guarded master key, and his twisted desires begin to stir. His goal: breaking into the apartments of female tenants. A presumed 19-year-old youth, appearing like a typical student, returns home with a friend and starts changing into their school festival costumes. A tense and unsettling story unfolds where comfortable living conditions collide with disturbing developments.

つまらない演出の為に、 盗撮風の演出が取り入れられているため、最初のレズシーンは少し観づらいものになってしまい、その意味が伝わらなかった。その後の薬品を使ったレ●プも、撮影方法の問題で視覚的に物足りなかった。企画自体は面白いものだが、観る側にとってストレスになるような演出は避けたほうが良いと思う。
