Accidental Defecation 15 Sayaka Ichinose Arisu Higashino

20-year-old office lady Arisu Higashino suddenly suffers severe abdominal pain. By chance, her acquaintance Dr. Sakata arrives and instructs her to endure the intense urge to defecate while heading to his clinic.
