In a near-future world, an unnatural order exists where humans and monsters coexist. However, the evil organization Death Phantom emerges, seeking to destroy this balance by indiscriminately exterminating monsters. To stop their conspiracy, a savior appears—Hazuki, a monster-type girl who evolves from Sanagi Woman to Plaz Woman through a two-stage transformation, standing against evil. But Death Phantom abducts Dr. Kawada, Hazuki's mentor, and discovers her weakness: prolonged transformation causes severe physical distortion. Using this knowledge, they set a cruel trap and subject Plaz Woman to horrific bodily torture. This battle unfolds into a dramatic and shocking confrontation far beyond mere combat.
