The Glamaria aliens devise a plan to conquer Earth by defeating their archenemy, Earthman. Facing energy depletion, they seek a new power source. After analyzing battles with Earthman using thermal imaging, they discover energy concentrated in his groin area. A new weakness is revealed: Earthman is highly susceptible to female pheromones. Another vulnerability is identified in Yuko, a member of Earth's defense force. The Glamaria aliens merge with Yuko's body and use her form to attack Earthman.
