Monaka falls ill and collapses. Worried, her husband calls a doctor to their home for an examination. However, the doctor becomes determined to examine her body closely and prescribes a mysterious medication. The drug causes her body to heat up, and as Monaka loses consciousness, her husband creampie her, and she is ultimately taken from him in an NTR encounter.

なんか、もっと 妊娠が発覚しても父親が分からないという展開ですが、これはほぼマッドドクターの物語といっていいでしょう。夫が父親の可能性もあるものの、Hシーンが全くないので、結局は医師の側に焦点が当てられていると解釈できます。この解説はあくまでガイドのようなもので、ストーリーの本質を掴むにはあまり役立ちません。ただ、千石の優しくも弱々しい性格や、診察の場で何も言えない健気さといった描写は、キャラクター像として非常にリアルで、悪くない印象を受けました。描写の細かさや雰囲気の演出がうまくできており、物語の魅力を引き出していると思います。
