顔射の質は高い 内容はややありきたりではあるものの、5回の顔射はどれも質も量も高く、タイトル通りの内容であることは間違いなし。ただ、出演男優が何名かいるものの、ほぼ吉村の独壇場といった感じで、他の出演者との絡みはそれほど多くない。特に最後のシーンでは、4人の男が1人の女に絡む形になっているが、実際には挿入しているのはほぼ吉村だけのようであり、それほど乱交的な展開にはなっていない。そのため、1点減点する。顔射の質が非常に高く、顔射を求める人には文句のつかない作品ではあるだろう。ただ、個人的には、体や乳の描写がもっと強烈で汚くてもよかったのではないかと感じた。もっと過激な表現が欲しかったという点では、ちょっと物足りなかった。
