Once the heroic Kage Blue who fought against the evil organization Gaos, she is now drawn into a conspiracy and falls to the dark side under the control of leader Ganbour and the wicked femme fatale Diane. Meanwhile, the Kage Rangers appoint trainee Nonami Natsena as the second-generation Kage Blue and launch a fierce counterattack, pushing Gaos to the brink of destruction. The former original Kage Blue returns as the vengeful villainess Flabine, challenging the new Kage Blue in a fierce battle, nearly defeating her. Just as Flabine is about to claim victory, Ganbour intervenes, turning the tide and allowing them to capture Kage Blue. Flabine demands immediate execution, but Ganbour instead subjects Kage Blue to intense pleasure torture, stripping away her sense of justice and implanting Diane's soul to resurrect her as a new evil warrior.
