Flower Ooka Financial, operating in the suburbs of Tokyo, is known as a high-interest loan shark company, yet people who cannot borrow from regular consumer finance services visit daily. Rumors circulate about its horrifying practices: anticipating borrowers' defaults, the firm requires family members or female relatives to act as guarantors, then forcibly abducts these women to recover debts when payments are missed. Kiyoka, a young high school girl, is forced to bear the consequences of her worthless father's debt to this notorious lender.
