Mother-in-Law, You're Way Better Than My Wife... Reiko Sawamura

On a weekend, Masatoshi, a hardworking office worker living in Tokyo, took a rare extended break and returned with his wife to her family home. After a three-hour journey by shinkansen and local trains from the city, they arrived at his wife's parents' house located in a mid-sized city undergoing urban development. Upon arrival, his wife's mother warmly welcomed them. As he saw her, Masatoshi found his eyes drawn to his voluptuous stepmother-in-law's shapely figure, letting out an involuntary sigh. Within the quiet atmosphere of the family home, an ordinary visit gradually turned into a time of new realizations and intimate healing.

普通 よくも悪くもない、平凡な作品だった。最初のシーンでは娘のそばという設定がかなり不自然で、リアル感が欠如しているのが気になった。その後の展開はそれほど悪くはないが、最初の印象が悪かったせいか、全体的な評価は少し下がった。全体的な出来は普通といった感じで、特に目を引く点もない。でも、全体的にバランスが取れているという点では、まあまあ楽しめる内容だ。
