Student Izumi Hoshino transforms into the special investigator Sailor Deka to hunt down vicious sex offenders. She guns down a despicable criminal responsible for driving her best friend to suicide, upholding justice. However, the criminals are resurrected as Onigansen by terrorist scientist Mr. Libreau, seeking revenge. Sailor Deka Izumi succumbs to their assault, suffering sexual violence at the hands of Mr. Libreau and the criminals, breaking both her mind and body. Ultimately, she meets a tragic bad end.

セーラー服と機関銃の相性がいいです。 素直に楽しめた作品で、蘭々さんの演技もしっかりと引き立ててくれている。特に機関銃を乱射するシーンは、彼女のスタイルが光っていて、見ているだけで気持ちが高まりました。ただ、責めの部分がもう少し長くてもよかったかなと感じました。もっと深く感情を伝えてくれたら、より印象に残る作品になっていたと思います。ラストの電車のシーンは、全体の雰囲気と少し合わず、もう少し丁寧に撮影されていたら、より完成度の高い作品になったのではないかと思います。
