While working as a current office lady, Mirei dreams of becoming a top AV actress. To make her dream a reality, she enrolls in a mysterious training course called "AV Seminar." Under the practical instruction of three veteran male AV actors, Mirei follows directions obediently despite trembling with embarrassment. Though she experiences moments of hardship along the way, she is deeply moved by the new emotions she begins to feel.
