Five years into marriage, the couple has yet to have a child. Their relationship is relatively good, and as the wife reaches optimal childbearing age, they both feel it's time to start a family. They agree on a monthly routine: abstain from sex for one month to build up sexual desire, then engage in intense intercourse during the wife's ovulation period at month's end to maximize chances of conception.
