After awakening from cryosleep, Miss Infinity finds herself confused by waking up far earlier than scheduled. Something feels off—the surroundings appear clearly abnormal. Suddenly, a mysterious figure crashes into the room alongside rubble: Super Lady. Still not fully awake, Miss Infinity struggles to speak or call out. Meanwhile, Super Lady seems preoccupied and fails to notice her presence. Without warning, a strange, eerie creature launches a vicious attack. Miss Infinity manages to transform, but mysterious memories assault her mid-battle, targeting her very form. As the two women continue to injure each other, they are repeatedly exposed to threats from unknown enemies, gradually drawn deeper into an unfolding mystery.

スーパーレディはおまけ ミスインフィニティのイラマシーンは、とても魅力的で見応えがある作品だが、スーパーレディの部分はほとんどエロティックなシーンがなく、ただのバトルシーンが続く。同じようにエロスを期待して見てしまったら、結果的に内容が中途半端で物足りなかった。描写の質もそれほど高くないため、全体的にバランスが取れていないと感じた。
