Five years after returning to his family home, Keishi, the only son, found himself too accustomed to city life and sensed an uneasiness in the atmosphere around him. His mother Chizuko's strange behavior and his stepfather's cold gaze seemed to reject him outright. The bond with his family, once so important, now felt vague and incomprehensible. Fragmented memories stirred a vague sense that something had once existed between him and his mother. Trapped within his own recollections, Keishi gradually begins to uncover the meaning behind that sorrow-filled daydream.
