This time, we found a collaborator inside and managed to infiltrate by any means necessary, successfully carrying out hidden camera filming. あくまで「リアル志向」にこだわった盗撮モノ ある病院の女子病棟を内部関係者が盗撮したという設定の作品で、全体的に「男性医師が検診に来る→聴診器を当てて診察→上着をめくって胸を見せる→ナースが体を拭きにくる→全裸になる」という流れを繰り返している。マンネリ化している部分もあるが、すべての女の子の胸をしっかり見ることができるのは、魅力の一つだ。また、一般的な盗撮風AVにありがちな「ドサクサに紛れて乳を揉んだり、マ○コを触ったりする」ようなやらせ感の演出は一切なく、女性患者が「ふつうに体を拭いてもらう」というリアルなシチュエーションにとどまっている。そのため、AVとしてはかなり厳しい評価を受けるかもしれないが、患者役の女優にはかわいい子やおっぱいが大きい子も多数出演しており、結果としてズルズルと見てしまう作品ともいえる。
