Standing by the window in the hospital room, Nami captivates the heart of a third-rate medical student. Desperate to see her, he feigns illness and sneaks into the examination room. As the attending doctor questions Nami, he drifts into fantasy, picturing her in his mind. Pure and innocent Nami alternates with a lustful, seductive Nami in vivid flashbacks. With each vision, he edges closer to his breaking point.

懐かしい！ 小沢奈美さんの肛門が描かれたシーンだけで、この作品には星5つをつける価値があります。彼女の身体表現には独特の魅力があり、他の女優さんの過去の作品でも同様のシーンが見られたらとても興味があるでしょう。ただ、内容がそれだけに集中しているため、他の要素が少なめなのが少し残念です。 最古 可愛そうでも黒い最高に裂けた。ナースの役柄も薄く、あまり目立たなかった。フラ種という表現も適切で、全体的にバランスが取れていて satisfactory な作品だと言える。
