New nurse Sarina Matsuoka has finally fulfilled her dream of obtaining her nursing license and begins her first day at the hospital. During her lunch break, she hears moans echoing through the hospital hallway. Curious, she follows the sounds and stumbles upon a disturbing scene between a patient and a nurse. As she stands shocked, head nurse Miyazawa calls her over. Miyazawa summons Sarina to the nurse's station and sternly recites the hospital's employment regulations, including a strict clause stating "absolute obedience to the head nurse and senior staff." Confused and helpless, Sarina is restrained with handcuffs by the other nurses and taken to the examination table. Standing there, she faces the harsh reality of her new workplace.

古い・・ 導入部の手錠をかけられたシーンは、もっと濃厚で丁寧に描写してほしかった。少し物足りなかった。新米看護婦が、あっさりと異常な現実を受け入れてしまう描写は、物語のテンポに少しずつさ迷う感じがして、ちょっと興ざめだった。あと、白衣のデザインが昔の感じで、現代風とは少し違っていて、ちょっと違和感があった。整体的な雰囲気には惹かれたけど、いくつかの点で改善があればより楽しめたかな。
