A doctor who ran a gynecological clinic in a ward of Tokyo has been exposed for conducting hidden camera recordings under the guise of medical procedures targeting women with concerns about pregnancy or sexually transmitted infections. Under the pretense of examinations, the doctor performed pelvic touch exams on female patients while simultaneously engaging in sexual acts for his own gratification. He further displayed extreme obscenity by secretly filming women as he subjected them to his lewd conduct. The women were unaware their most intimate areas were being recorded during what they believed to be legitimate medical examinations. This highly inappropriate act involved recording the entire process as video footage.

稚拙、手抜きすぎ 最初の診察の場面では、交通の多い場所にあるためか、屋外の騒音がかなり響いており、会話が聞き取りにくくなるほど音量を上げないと話が通じないほどだった。内容に関しては、一言で言えば「稚拙」な作品だと言わざるを得ない。診察のシーンで性器や尻に聴診器を当てたり、突然の生乳揉みに始末がつかなくなるなど、医学的な要素はほとんどなく、むしろ小学生がするようなお医者さんごっこに近い内容だった。無免許医師というタイトル通り、医療行為の説明もなく、手抜きが目立ちすぎる。本番シーンは5人目だけだが、中絶手術代の代わりに一発という設定も、会話もなくテロップで表示する手抜きっぷりが気になった。クスコの描写も1つも登場せず、性病の疑いで来た患者に次々とクンニを強要するなど、演出の不手際が目立つ。また、仕切りのカーテンもないため、患者に目をつむらせてやるという手抜きが目立ち、不快感を覚える場面も多かった。モデルの選考は若くて綺麗な人を揃えているにもかかわらず、貧乳の描写は5人目だけ、4人目は爆乳だったが見られなかったという点も残念だ。このような内容で、DVDの価格が5,000円もするのだから、それだけの価値がある作品を期待していたが、結果的にはもったいない駄作に終わった。今後は価格に見合った内容の作品を作ってくれると嬉しい。
