A 7-year-old apartment building located in a central area, popular for its convenient 7-minute walk from the station. Fully furnished with appliances and amenities, it offers comfortable living. The male employee working for the management company harbors impure desires. He obtains the master key, strictly kept by the company, with the intention of illegally entering the rooms of female tenants. The first target is an estimated 23-year-old office lady. As soon as she returns home, she answers her phone, immediately engrossed in conversation without even changing clothes. She turns off the main lights, illuminating the room with planetarium stars and candlelight, describing the atmosphere to the caller. Unaware, she drinks water laced with a drug, and shortly after hanging up, loses consciousness. Quietly entering the room, the man is captivated by the woman's figure lying in the dim light, and proceeds to assault her body.

カメラワークが終わってる 出演の女優さんは清楚で落ち着いたOLさんの雰囲気をよく表現しており、個人的には非常に好みのタイプでした。しかし、全体的な演出やカメラワークのクオリティが極めて低く、見応えが全くないのが残念です。撮影者は自身の興味に忠実に撮影しており、観る側の視線や気持ちを考慮する余地がまったくない感じがしました。例えば、女の身体を映す際も、不自然な角度でタンスのアップや、あまりにも意地悪な場所からのアップが続くので、とても違和感がありました。特に、重要な部分を映す際には、画面一杯に荒いモザイクが表示され、それ以上に詳細な描写は一切ありません。これでは想像力を働かせることもできず、非常に物足りない感じです。女優さんのレベルが高いため、むしろ期待が高まり、結果としてのフラストレーションがより強く感じられてしまいました。全体的に見ても、見どころが少なく、非常に残念な作品でした。 このシリーズも○○捜査官シリーズと同じワンパターン この悪戯マンションシリーズももう限界かな。どこかの○○捜査官シリーズみたいに同じようなパターンを繰り返すのはもうやめにした方がいい。それに、こんなに効くクスリって、現実には存在しないよね。監督さん、もっと刺激のある作品を出してほしい。ストーリーがまったく読めないし、物足りない感じがする。もっと工夫があれば、もっと楽しめるのに。
