The third installment in the series that brings to life the fantasy of tearing women's clothes apart! A man armed with scissors slices through the garments of three women dressed in different outfits, leaving them to go about their daily lives wearing nothing but the tattered remnants. A schoolgirl in a sailor uniform fiddles with her cellphone, an office lady relaxes in her business attire, and a new employee stays in her room wearing a recruitment suit—each woman continues her routine while exposed beneath the shredded clothing.

がっかり。 全体的にカメラワークが単調で、切り口や手のアップが多用されていた。特に、実際に切っているシーンが映されない場面もあったため、見応えに欠ける。前作はそれなりに面白かったので、今回はちょっとがっかりした。カメラマンの技術が前作より落ちているような印象を受けた。
