Yuka-san is celebrating her third wedding anniversary. Born in Akita City, she graduated from a local university and worked as a news caster for a regional TV station. She has had seven sexual partners. She met her husband when he visited Akita on location work, back when he was employed at a major national broadcasting network. Yuka, then a rookie, fell in love at first sight with his professional demeanor on set. After a long-distance relationship, she moved to Tokyo to advance her career and be close to him, eventually marrying him and dreaming of a bright future. However, Tokyo turned out to be much harsher than expected. Her application to the major talent agency Sento Force was rejected at the document screening stage, forcing her to join a small announcer agency instead. Despite continuously attending auditions, she achieved no success. Meanwhile, her husband was promoted from director to production manager, becoming increasingly busy—returning home almost exclusively by taxi. With few people to talk to and no one to listen to her struggles, a physical relationship naturally developed. When the state of emergency was lifted, she returned to Akita to visit her family, where her parents and friends noticed, "Something must be wrong—without your smile, you're not really Yuka." She herself was aware of her current slump. Wanting to change something, to be seen, and to regain her confidence, she made the decision to participate and applied.
