After work, I went out drinking with my boss, getting caught up in lively conversations about office dynamics and personal struggles as usual. Feeling happy that my boss was treating me, I ended up drinking past the last train. I'm not particularly strong with alcohol, but being from an athletic background, I couldn't bring myself to refuse when pressured, and eventually became completely drunk. I was apparently taken home by taxi, but along the way I could barely speak, leaning on my boss's shoulder and stumbling awkwardly to the front door. When the doorbell rang, my wife came out, worried about my late return. After that, my consciousness faded further, and the next thing I remembered was lying in bed, having a vivid dream. In the dream, I saw my wife and my boss deeply engaged in a passionate affair. The moans, their body movements, the intense heat—everything felt so real, as if it were actually happening. That dream might have become the trigger to question the reality of our relationship.
