In late October of Reiwa 3, a series of events unfolds tracking a female student-like woman, referred to as [Girl A], around Shinjuku Station. After she falls asleep at 12:30 AM, the intruder sneaks in through the window, administers a drug to incapacitate her, and proceeds with sexual assault while she sleeps.
