The film depicts the heinous acts of a man who exploits women seeking infertility treatment, repeatedly assaulting them through a fraudulent medical procedure he calls "semen diagnosis." Using the natural vaginal lubrication produced as their bodies heat up, he traps beautiful, innocent wives and forces them into sinful pleasure. The wives, impregnated through creampie, tremble with the intense sensation of insemination, their expressions vividly capturing the lingering aftermath of forced conception.
