Many people often say they want to improve their physique or lose weight, but I think it's far better to make at least one effort toward that goal a habit, rather than just making it a verbal wish. I've looked up to my slightly older sister since a young age, and got into fashion quite early. From then on, I started paying attention to my figure. Thanks to that, my breasts grew larger than my sister's, and I never really gained weight during puberty. Since my partners have often given me titty fucks, I feel my breasts have developed quite nicely. I've always found healthy, slender models to be beautiful, so I've made sure to eat properly and regularly do exercise and stretching, aiming to become like them. Even now, I remain conscious of maintaining and improving my body shape. Feeling closer to my ideal gives me a positive mindset and brings nothing but good things. When I mention this to friends, they say, "Airi, you're amazing! Not everyone can put in that kind of effort!" But honestly, I think it's much harder to regain your shape after letting it deteriorate, so in terms of effort, people who repeatedly gain and lose weight are actually more impressive. Besides, for me it's not really effort—I've simply made it a natural part of my lifestyle, so I don't feel like I'm struggling. When people praise me for my discipline, I actually feel a bit embarrassed. I'm genuinely happy when my figure is complimented, and I'd be even happier if people noticed me more, including my sexier side.
