This is the first entry in the PAIN GATE series, featuring a collaborative appearance by Dominatrix Sacronomori and Minami, alongside the notorious sadist Fubuki Ranki. In addition to extreme sadistic play, Dominatrix Sacronomori unleashes her sharpshooting skills, mercilessly targeting Minami's chest and abdomen with pinpoint accuracy. She is left battered and broken by whips, physical strikes, barbed wire, and spoke beatings, then relentlessly driven to the brink by rapid-fire shots from a high-cycle electric gun—creating a scene of utter, screaming torment straight out of hell.
