Waka Ninomiya, who started a business in the Kansai region, enforces an unusual rule within her company: she works completely naked at all times. She has an extremely dominant, sadistic personality with an intense desire for power, often resorting to extreme methods to control her employees. In between work duties, she calls male employees into her office and treats them as her "butter dogs," indulging in sexual domination. Depending on her mood, she may force them to drink her urine, torment their anuses, or inflict other forms of cruel treatment, fully embracing her role as a tyrant. Maintaining her authority as the company's ruler, she asserts her unique and oppressive style of control over her subordinates.
