The evil organization Mader threatens the world by capturing top athletes and manipulating Dr. Sogo, a robotics expert, to create an ultimate cyborg army. Among them, the most powerful unit, Saber, is modeled after the doctor's beloved daughter, Dojou Mai, whose body has been modified to possess superhuman combat abilities. Just before being captured and brainwashed by Mader, a female fighter stages a rebellion and rescues Mai. During the battle, it is actually Dr. Sogo himself who shields Mai from the enemy monsters, sacrificing himself to ensure their escape. The female fighter, Hourai Kaoru, who flees with Mai, is in fact a cyborg known as Beagle, possessing special abilities highly resistant to electromagnetic forces. Eventually, the two women join forces, leveraging their unique strengths as heroines to protect world peace and crush Mader's ambitions.
