Nanako Kari, a composed news anchor for News Focus, leads a double life as the hero Wonder Venus, fighting evil when crises arise. One day, a strange phenomenon engulfs the city—the Dogma Virus fever, spread by flies, begins infecting the population. Behind this outbreak is Sakazaki Kozo, a renowned geneticist believed to have perished after a deadly battle with Wonder Venus. Resurrected from his supposedly dead body, he seeks revenge by breeding a new breed of carnivorous flies to spread the Dogma Virus. Kari is invited by Maya, Kozo's sister and the developer of the virus's antibody, to investigate the truth behind the epidemic. However, she walks straight into a trap—Kozo, now fused with the flies he created, appears in a grotesquely transformed state. Captured, Kari is subjected to bodily examinations and forced treatments that enlarge her pleasure centers, rendering her helpless. Ultimately, she is enveloped by a monstrous fly born from her own body, her heroic form now drawn helplessly into the heart of terror. The story spirals into a tragic BAD END.
