Special investigator Haru Arashi was researching a recovery drug developed by her father, the scientist Ryu Ko, to save the lives of those suffering from illness. However, during the production process, a special substance that drastically enhanced human combat abilities was accidentally created—and it was stolen by Raula, leader of the evil organization Savage. After tracking down Raula's location, Haru infiltrates the facility, only to encounter wooden puppets waiting for her—emotionless beings designed solely for destruction. Though she defeats the puppets, she is soon overwhelmed and defeated by elite assassin fighters who have been enhanced using her father's stolen research. Captured and stripped down to her undergarments, Haru is hung up and used as a punching bag by the wooden puppets. Just when all hope seems lost, her father—presumed dead—appears and attempts to rescue her, but he falls victim to Raula's treacherous trap.
