Dr. Shoumei is renowned as an expert in mechanization surgery. After his daughter Futaba is murdered by the secret organization Evil, he is forced to undergo surgery to become a cyborg warrior. Desperate to revive his daughter, he programs himself to undergo the transformation into Machinjer and escape to the laboratory of his former assistant, Dr. Hikariishi. Machinjer continues battling Evil over time, but suddenly comes under attack by the black cyborg warrior, Destra. Unable to fight back upon discovering that Dr. Shoumei's brain is implanted in Destra's head, Machinjer is struck by the Destra Shot and captured by Evil for experimentation. Subjected repeatedly to high-voltage electric punches, the internal mechanical components of her body are gradually exposed. Drilled and tortured, Machinjer endures hellish agony. However, Evil's leader, Miguel, realizes someone inside her body possesses the mechanization technology and sends a computer virus to uncover their location. The virus causes her body to malfunction, leaving only an incomplete red portion as her remaining human form. Though Machinjer withstands soldier assaults and direct virus attacks to her groin, the virus eventually connects to Hikariishi's lab, prompting Dr. Hikariishi to rush into Evil's hideout to save her. What will become of Machinjer's fate?
