Developed by the Light Resource Research Institute, the heroic robot Machine Lady continues her daily battles to protect Earth from the threat of the evil empire Black Hole. One day, an incident occurs when the institute's scientists are attacked by Black Hole soldiers. Machine Lady's pilot, Yoko, rushes to save the researchers in mortal danger, but during the rescue, the weather control machine is stolen—plunging the world into sudden, unnatural darkness. Worse yet, the terrifying mechanical beast "Amazonia K7" begins a rampage, destroying the city. With no other choice, Yoko pilots Machine Lady to confront Amazonia K7. Overpowered by the beast's overwhelming strength, Machine Lady struggles desperately. After a fierce battle, she finally corners Amazonia K7—only to face an unexpected horror: Black Hole's high-ranking officer, Duke Bishamon, has secretly infiltrated the cockpit! While fighting the mechanical beast inside the cockpit, Yoko is subjected to Duke Bishamon's humiliating pleasure torture. To make matters worse, due to her synchronization with Machine Lady, Yoko simultaneously experiences every damage and sensation of pleasure inflicted upon the robot, plunging her into an abnormal, agonizing state.
