Aliens from outer space, the Alien Empire, begin attacking Earth using giant alien beasts as weapons, threatening humanity. Dr. Aoshima from the Light Resource Research Institute has developed a high-performance robotic weapon called Machine Seizer to fight against the alien beasts and is fiercely battling to protect the planet. However, the alien beasts grow stronger each day, and soon the Machine Seizer alone can no longer stand against them. To overcome this, the Machine Seizer must combine with an enhancement unit called Machine Booster. As a result, a pilot for the Machine Booster is summoned from America. One day, when Kotaro, the younger brother of Keisuke, is attacked by Alien Empire soldiers, a mysterious beautiful woman appears. She is none other than Miriya Aso, the pilot of the Machine Booster. Meanwhile, the city is engulfed by an alien beast assault, and Keisuke launches into battle piloting the Machine Seizer—only to realize it's a trap set by the Alien Empire. While Keisuke continues fighting, the Alien Empire launches an assault on the Machine Seizer's headquarters. Furthermore, a critical flaw lies hidden within the Seizer Suit worn by Miriya. Can Miriya successfully board the Machine Booster, combine with the Machine Seizer, and join the battle? The answer will be revealed on the battlefield.
