The Deluxe Rangers, a special investigation unit under the Earth Branch of the Cosmic Security Agency, attempt to capture the rampaging alien Goriion from the planet Sapience, but are overwhelmed by his immense strength and left severely injured. Though rescued by an emergency team, they are forced into complete bed rest. Amidst this crisis, Justice, also known as DelaYellow, is assigned to capture an escapee from Prison Planet. Using psychometry to read her wounded comrades' memories, she senses a dark conspiracy behind Goriion's actions. Determined to expose the mastermind, Justice resolves to confront Goriion alone. Struggling against his massive, body-launching punches, she is driven to the brink by his devastating rush attacks—so powerful they shatter her mask. Just as she faces certain defeat, Goriion's demeanor suddenly shifts to calm. Bewildered, Justice soon realizes she has fallen into the cruel trap of the cosmic criminal agent, Thanatos. Bound by chains and implanted with Goriion's needle-shaped bomb, her powered suit destroyed, Justice is left helpless—pitted against the combined might of the enhanced warrior Goriion and the tactical genius Thanatos.
