Aiko Osaki is a college student aiming to get a job at an adult video company. As her interview day approaches, her anxiety grows stronger. Suddenly, severe abdominal pain strikes, throwing her into distress. Easily lost and unfamiliar with her surroundings, finding a public restroom or convenience store proves extremely difficult. Desperately searching, she struggles to locate one, growing increasingly frantic. Finally arriving at the company, Aiko asks her supervisor for permission to use the toilet, only to find it inevitably occupied. Holding back tears, she silently screams from the bottom of her heart, "Someone... help me. Why do I have to go through this...?"
