In 17th century France, historical records indicate that King Louis XIII received enemas as many as 212 times per year. According to his chief physician, Charles Bouvard, the king underwent significantly more enemas than the general public. As time progressed into the 21st century, enemas have transformed from a royal health practice into a lewd instrument of humiliation for delicate young women, acquiring an entirely new meaning. This release depicts two beautiful women subjected to intense enemas, trembling with shame as they release massive amounts of feces. Their desperate cries of "Ah, please let me go to the toilet!" are completely drowned out by the overwhelming stench erupting from their overwhelmed bodies. This work powerfully illustrates the stark contrast between past and present.
