In the near future, the world is engulfed in nuclear flames due to war, and all life appears to have been wiped out. Yet, a handful of survivors continue fighting for water and food. Among them, the cult organization "Gashu Clan" plots to seize vital resources from Wind Village—resources needed to reach Earth's last remaining paradise. To stop their actions, the legendary warrior "Sayaka" appears. She confronts the Gashu Clan and engages in battle, but falls into a trap involving a narcotic gas and is captured. Bound with ropes, Sayaka is lewdly tortured by enemy soldiers and subjected to physical torment by the female warrior Mai. Further humiliated, she is violated by a monster. Still, she clings to a final hope. Meanwhile, Miraider, the protagonist of the Iron-Armed DOLL Miraider, is driven mad by the demonic flute of Professor Zark just before transforming, and is lewdly assaulted by Androidman. Struggling desperately, Miraider regains clarity when the flute's sound suddenly stops, prompting Sayaka to shout, "Now! Change MiraiDer Switch On!" However, after being defeated in combat against PsychoGilder, the incapacitated Miraider is brutally violated, and Professor Zark begins dismantling her.
