Even after the evil incarnate Ostro was defeated by Primetheus Amor and Primetheus Wiltos, his relentless will allows him to revive and once again threaten Earth's peace. Kels, the messenger of justice, selects the final Primetheus—Kanda Reiko, a young woman working as a caregiver for the elderly. Reiko transforms into Primetheus Larentia, but struggles desperately against Ostro's overwhelming power. Her suit is torn away, her body bruised and battered as she continues to fight. Weakened and exposed, she is assaulted by Ostro's soldiers, spread wide and ultimately overwhelmed. Yet Larentia draws upon the full power of Primetheus, charging into a final, deadly battle against Ostro.
