In today's era where women's achievements are gaining recognition, within the AV industry male staff turnover has been rising. ALEX, feeling the limits of the current situation—where on-set assistant directors are mostly "M men" who don't last long—has launched a new initiative. As part of this effort, they've decided to significantly increase female staffing. In collaboration with a film and media vocational school, ALEX is hosting an on-site training session combined with a facility tour. Students, filled with both excitement and anxiety, step into an actual AV production environment. With a commitment to thorough education and mentorship, ALEX aims to nurture these trainees through hands-on experience, shaping them into the industry's next generation.
