Scylla is a female high-ranking member of Kamui, a group seeking to exterminate humanity, feared as the sea witch. She stands in opposition to the Beast Ranger Squad Wild Rangers, plotting their annihilation. Her first target is Misato Hyotodo, a high school girl who transforms into Yellow Panther. Scylla kidnaps Misato's allies and successfully lures one of them alone into the Sea Demon Realm. The Sea Demon Realm is a parallel dimension where special techniques powered by sea creatures can be used. Isolated and helpless, Yellow Panther finds her Yellow powers weakening while Scylla's strength doubles, leaving her unable to fight and ultimately captured. Scylla then uses magic to grow a male organ on Yellow Panther's groin. By attacking this new sensitive spot with pain and pleasure, she mentally and physically breaks Yellow Panther, who finally collapses in defeat.
