Karen Tsuru, codenamed Bird Fiber Unit 1, infiltrates the headquarters of the evil organization Desukatze to rescue her fellow agents, but finds herself captured and subjected to intense interrogation. To escape the dire situation, she transforms into Swan Fighter. Using her beautiful legs and devastating high kicks, she overwhelms enemy grunts with overwhelming combat prowess. However, the Desukatze operative Vacuumer appears, wielding the terrifying ability to turn his opponent's attacks against them. He steals Swan Fighter's signature move, the "Feather Shuriken," and reverses it, impaling her body with her own blades. Unable to withstand the excruciating pain, Swan Fighter loses consciousness. Desukatze intensifies their interrogation, seeking the location of her base. With her legs forcibly spread open, Vacuumer drives his energy-absorbing tendrils deep into her most intimate area, flooding her with simultaneous agony and pleasure until she blacks out.
