Sayaka Hagiwara is a female college student who has her first date today with her newly started boyfriend. Eager not to keep him waiting, she hurries forward when suddenly an intense urge to pee strikes. Unable to hold it in the middle of the city, she squats down in desperation and eventually ends up wetting her pants. Taking advantage of the situation, a nosy perverted old man appears and starts following her. Panicking, she desperately searches for a toilet and rushes into a mixed-use building, where she squats down again on the staircase, becoming even more distressed and flustered.
