World track and field athlete Motijo Konomi is kidnapped by the evil organization Japhar and turned into a cyborg. She escapes just before undergoing brainwashing surgery, dons a white mask to hide her sorrow, and dubs herself "Masked Saber FLASH," resolving to destroy the evil organization. However, she is defeated in battle by the monster Danger Wolf, created by Japhar's commander, Dr. Deathstein. Instead of killing her, Japhar's leader decides to brainwash her once again and complete her transformation into a monster. To unmask Masked Saber FLASH, Dr. Deathstein employs increasingly cruel methods—subjecting her to high-voltage electric shocks that wrack her body with pain and force agonized screams. Yet her fighting spirit overcomes even this torment. Meanwhile, Japhar's other commander, Colonel Macbeth, sexually torments the woman known as Masked Saber. Eventually, her mask is torn away...
